Cardio-Kickboxing is a fun, effective workout for men and women combining martial
arts, aerobics, cardiovascular and toning for a total body workout. Improve
your strength, muscle tone and endurance, reduce your body fat and stress,
while learning self-defense techniques.
Whats the Class like? A
typical class starts with an easy stretch and warm-up, followed by a fun
aerobic workout. While you are getting into shape firming, toning, losing
body fat and increasing endurance, you will learn basic martial arts self
defense techniques kicks, punches, knees and elbows. We complete with
a relaxing stretch and cool down. Wear your regular exercise clothes. Wouldn't
it be great to learn self defense techniques while getting into shape at
the same time?
